Not real. Only the die would pop, not the board which it is mounted on.
Notice the explosion upward and the hole in the table where compressed air or small explosive device was under the socket. Also notice the "bomb" on the desktop hinting of something explosive related. No CPU can take that voltage for more than a few milliseconds regardless of the heat sink.
Definately a fake.. IMHO
EDIT: Check out where the VGA cord is going, and what is that 1980 era 32pin E2ROM with UV window doing on the board.

They just put some acetone pereoxide under the chip, easly made and would be easly set off by a 80C chip.
