Need some help "pulling out" songs from my iPod!

I remember a program that gives you the option to manage the files on the iPod!
In a "Drag & Drop" method... so you can pull out songs from your iPod and add without iTunes!
I have a very important audio file on my iPod and its the only copy...
I think the name was X Play or somthing... can anyone hand over a link? please?

I hate that you can't just enable a feature that lets you take youyr music off of the ipod and transfer to HD. Good luck though. I used a program once that would work but it messes your ipod up a little and makes it need a reset, So if nothing you used works, let me know and i can hook you up

OR you could just enable disk use, show hidden folders, and go into my computer, your ipod, into control and then the music folder is right there. bam.
