Thanks for posting that, macci! I just think that DDR2-1150 or DDR-1200 8-3-3-3.0 is not possible, especially with 2.5-2.7v, If at all... It's just way to high!
Happy to read such realistic and intelligent words.
BadAxe doesn't give us real memory's configuration.
That explais my regular asking for comparison between badaxe and other mainboards

Cpu-z and clockgen with combination with the deviders and the mobo, show WRONG numbers as for the Ram frequency as for the Bad Axe.....1333 and 25% and the rams at 667MHz, the frequency of the rams are 1:1....and NOT 520MHz(1044MHz DDR) as it is shown as 4:5......People have posted a LOT of resaults lately with D9 Faties @ 530MHz+ with Cas 3-2-2-1.....NO WAY....check it out you guys....

EDIT: If with the above combination we chose the 533 Ram config, the system works the Rams at LOWER frequency than the fsb....almost 5:4 (CPU:Ram).......

So people must know that Bad Axe doesn't work fine at 1333 so the results cannot be compared with the other m/bs.
Tyrou your results are very nice although..

    Give us more explicite examples.

I'm 100% agree with you by saying that more than 550MHz cas3 won't be easy to reach.

If you set the strap on the Bad Axe to 1333MHz and memory to 667MHz, you should be running 1:1. But if you check CPU-Z, it says you're running 4:5. So either the BIOS is wrong or CPU-Z has a bug.

Don't know, but something is fishy on Bad Axe because people can only get the super memory speeds with 1333 strap.

Thanks George! I'm 100% sure it's the case as well in ALL of those below:

    DDR2-1120 8-3-3-3.0, DDR2-1100 8-2-2-3.0, DDR2-1150 1-3-3-3.0, DDR2-1066 5-3-3-3.0

All on 975X BadAxe, Conroe and at which appears to be 1333 strap with 4:5 ratio...

Well, I think that even DDR2-1000 8-3-3-3.0 is quite a lot to ask at 2.5-2.7v Those new Microns D9XXX are great, but that THAT great yet

EDIT: By posting this, I do not intend to rain on none of the above guys' parades... I would just advise to double-check (triple-check If neccesary) to make sure that results are credible and more importantly, possible. Run few extra benches at and compare results before getting super-excited. Those results at CAS3 are way beyond anything else we've seen so far from new D9xxx and should sound an "alarm" already Just a thought...

How long can you expect these sticks to last at 2.75v? I don't feel like burning this $450 ram.
