Need help overclocking my Pentium D930 some more...

I currently have my Pentium D 930 overclocked from 3ghz to 4ghz stable in everything. Vcore is 1.35V. MCH Chipset Voltage is 1.5V.

It is cooled with an Arctic Freezer Pro 7 HSF.

I want to overclock it to maybe 4.5ghz? What Vcore and MCH Chipset voltage shall I set?

I have an ASUS P5WD2 Premium mobo.

    Thanks
