I understand, MS want their blood regardless. Hope you do get it happening though sooner than later.........I'm kind of lost without it under Vista 64bit.

I know it doesn't work for some people, I am not quite sure why though. The server is in the US.

ok im sorry im pretty sure this has been asked in here but i missed it. I've got .95 and .95.4 on my pc both have the tjunction ato 100*C is that were is should be at or how can i change it th e85*C? processor and board are in sig

~as a sidenote both read the cpu fsbxmultiplier wrong (states im doing 500x6 not 375x8) even with the system under load so i know its not throttle

Did you get the correct information about delta to tjunction from intel and is 100? not higher or lower ?

There was a thread that talked about that but some said nobody knew as intel has not released the info yet. Not trying to question your expertise at all just want to make sure so I do not burn my cpu trying to achieve higher overclocks.

    Thanks for the great job

We don't, but I don't think it could be anything above 100C. That's the maximum Intel rates their mobile parts.

Is there not just to email Intel and ask? maybe not couse you've allready done that i guess would they not tell? dont they self even know? and why not if so? and why dont they tell IF they knew? there have to be someone who know what tjunction there is! if they are so smart to integrate a DTS then they should want it to work correct to, why bother to put in there then?

    Regards.

Actually there is, but I've tried that. Their response was that the desktop parts didn't have an actual way to read the Tjunction as they have an IHS, and thus use TCaseMax, which is the same for all steppings.
    So Intel wasn't very helpful
