    P4C800 series Prescott MaxVcore ???

    I`m about to buy ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe ... (cheap )(I know ... it`s old ... but ... I like S478 ) ...
Have 1 question before byuing it :
What is the max Vcore you can set @ Prescott CPU ???

Have had one P4C800-E before ...in BIOS there were options up to 1.95V but they didn`t work (max workable was 1.6V) ... used AiBooster to set 1.6V+ ... setting 1.95V was no problem w/AiBooster but that mobo has had like 5 Vmods ... want to know what "stock" mobo can give ...

So, please, P4C800-E & Prescott owners ... can you please tell me what the max Vcore is ... 1.6V or 1.95V ??? (use AiBooster to test)

    I`m planning to use LN2
    I don`t need any recomendations - what Vcore i should use ...
    I have P4P800-SE ... it doesn`t go 1.6V+ anyway ... that`s the reason why I`m getting P4C800-E ...
    I want to know - is it possible to set 1.6V+ @ Prescott w-out/mods ... ???

Therefore I`m asking (former) P4C800-E owners whether it is possible to set 1.6V+ w/AiBooster ...
If you don`t know - do it for me ... set 1.65V w/AiBooster and see whether system crashes or not...

1.95 Volts is very very dangereous for 90 Nm presscott cpu's...I think max limits is 1.7 Volts...İn default,it comes with 1.4...If you will force to work in 1.95 Volts, you will increase %39,and It will kill your cpu!!!

And I dont understand your question...You meant,P4C800 Deluxe can give 1.95Volt?Of course it can give it,other mobos cant give above the 1.6V(some of foolish, cheap boards cant give 1.6 too)

max in BIOS is 1.95V ... but w/Prescott CPU max settable is 1.6V ... (even w/Vmods) ... that is on all S478 ASUS boards
On Vmodded P4C800-E I used AiBooster to set 1.6V+ and want to know if it`s possible @ stock P4C800-E

You would need to voltmod the mobo for it to produce a droop free current to the processor.
