    Would prefer the 975X revised with the ICH8-R on it. Digital pwm shouldn't be something Asus is last on board for too.

    Gotta see some reviews, just can't order blind ..

    just got this board today.



    but the problem is vcore is locked !!! i can't change the vcore at all. Waiting for the update BIOS

    congrats on the board , would love to know how it handles high fsb .where did you buy it from?

    yea, I have read reports that the bios is having difficulty registering the cpu correctly. Or, the bios is not fully compatible with the cpu creating missing functionality that is needed to OC it at the moment...

    To clear this out for u my psu isn't EPS12V compatible and my 940 runs flawlessly @ 4.52ghz...

    but what exactly is "FSB Termination Voltage"?
    but good to know that you can overvoltage the Northbridge itself on my P4C I have to rise the AGP Voltage to do so...

    and: would you be so kind and tell me if you can disable SATA2 Legacy (you know, this thingie that SATA2 drives are recognized as IDE drives in Windows). that was the reason why my Abit Serillel 2 didn't work properly (only worked with PIO...)

    €: seems like the Germans are most interested in this Mobo
