    mATX conroe! WHEN!?

When will good oc'ing or any boards mATX that support Conroe come out? I need to switch to a board like this and use a P-D805 for a bit, any ideas when?? Would it be reasonable to expect them within a week?

Haha, I'm planning the same thing. I hope it's soon or my 146 will be worthless.

DOH my bad lol, was stuck in a previous month hehe yeah 1 month so i would say at least a couple more weeks, in this product cycle the CPU has been ready well before the chipsets and Mobo's.

Along these lines - will 965G perform equivelently to 965P? I know they call it 965 "Performance" but hopefully that just means no graphics and the chips perform identically otherwise?

I want to buy a mATX MB for a small, quiet SFF machine but I don't want to sacrifice performance or overclock potential (within reason - it'll be on air and with low flow fans so I'm not expecting miracles - maybe 3GHz max for E6600).

My next monster will be in a mATX. It's fun to squeeze a bunch of crap together in one spot. Unfortunately that means no H20.

Am also planning on a mATX in an AOpen G325 case (but maybe i go for Merom) as a secondary rig. I want mATX with Intel DX10 capable graphics (GMA 965?) and a moderate CPU and passive cooling if possible. Im quite sure AOpen will be early in launching 965G MBs for Merom, maybe already on the launch of Merom in August. For Conroe, i guess Intel will be the first to launch 965G MBs, just ok for those who dont need any tuning possibilities.

Unfortunately Shuttle=propietary, no warranty after 1yr and can't purchase replacement parts from them after warranty expiration . They're great systems, though, but the situation with that is why I sold my SN25P.
