what ram chip is this ?

first of all i searched te forum, i've searched on google , but no i could not find the awnser.

i've bought team ddr2 ram today. its rated 667 on 5-5-5-15 and is 512 mb's big. there are a couple of codes on the chips, i could not find out what they mean or from what manufacturer this is. is says :

team 0609k

64mx08 d2


okey i get that the name is just their own . 64mx08 means 8 chips with each 64 mb ( its single sided ) but what the hell does 0609k and 2d mean.

still dont know what chip it is but it does 780 mhz @ 4-4-4-12
any suggestions to get tem on tighter timings ? they wont do 3-4-4-12 ,4-3-4-12 or 4-4-3-12 on 2.1 volt
about the speed, i cant go any higher, my cpu only does 3900 mhz ( pentium d 805 )
