With no SM 3.0 support, the Graphics score is .75 SM2 to enter in the formula.

Good job - are there people who can cheat at 3dmark, or is this just to prove those dodgy photoshops are fakes?

Know it'd be really inaccurate, and much more difficult, but if this could be expanded so you select you CPU, RAM and GPU and it gives you an estimate of what score you'd get.

If you could get that working, then incorporate CPU and FSB clocks along with RAM clocks and timings and then GPU clocks as well - now that would be an awesome app. -

    CPU's:- Xeon 3060 | Q6600 G0
    Mobos:- MSI X48C (Coming!) | MSI X38 Platinum | Asus P5K Deluxe
    RAM:- Kingston HyperX PC3-14400 | Team Xtreem PC2-6400C3 | Crucial Ballistix PC2-6400 | Kingston PC2-9600
    Graphics:- PNY 9800GX2 | EVGA 8800GTX
    PSUs :- Antec TPQ-1KW | Ultra X-Pro 600w EE
    Cooling:- Nozzled FuZion | MCW60 | DDC w/ DDCT-01s | PA120.3

I cant do that, because the score depends on vga ram timings, shader clocks, tweakings, drivers, etc.

Sure, there would be a heck of a lot of variables to take into account, and it might not be possible to get all of them working. I'm just looking for some sort of way of determining what sort of CPU/GPU increases could improve you to beat a certain score, or how many point CL3 over CL4 on the RAM is going to give you etc.

If not a program that takes all into consideration, maybe people can post this sort of info from experience?

    e.g.
    CL3 vs CL4 vs CL5
    DDR667 vs 800 vs 1066 etc
    3600Mhz - 7 x 514 FSB vs 8 x 450 vs 9 x 400
GFX - GPU increases vs RAM increases?

I don't think RAM has any effect on the 3dmark score...

    False

Just put your rams at 533 MHZ ( 266 DDR ) with 5-6-6-x and run a test

Its terrific... to test i tried an existing score-
    SM2 -4833
    HDR/SM3 -4627
    CPU -3274
    3d mark gave me 11085

so i typed into calculator, got 11086

Terrific really, gives me 1 extra point... lol

Nah i guess taking that small amount (rounding difference i guess) its terrific, if your looking to see GFX vs CPU change to your system etc.

Yes, because the score is : 11085.5142595350 , and 3DMark is rounding from 0.7 or not .

I realise that lol... Funny that they chose to round from .7 and not the conventional .5 up.
