Best ram for Conroe e6400 and Bad Axe?

Hey, specing out a possible system for me here, but I'm clueless about ddr2. So I'll keep it short; can I have your reccomendations for best ram for the above combo under $320?

    Thanks.

2GB .. no more .. no less .. PC6400 if you think you can keep them close to stock with the mem div .. or PC8000 if you want a little extra headroom. Timings are not important at all so don't worry ... just get a brand you trust and 2GB
