Exclamation MacBook Pro / BootCamp Win XP - Benchmark Results

    Here's the benchmarks!

Rig specs are in my signature...

    Benched the following programs:
    3dMark01
    3dMark03
    3dMark05
    3dMark06 *Added 6/4/06*
    SuperPi 1MB

Not too shabby for a Mac lappy running Windows, w00t w00t.

Awesome. How is the backlight bleeding on yours? Can you take a picture if possible of a black screen in a dark room?

I really want one of these but I'm trying to force myself to hold off for merom. Unless the Mac Pro has something incredible to offer, of course.

Edit: Need some more info if it's not a problem: what kind of battery life are you seeing? I think that's really it for now hehe.

I'll try and snap a pic for ya tomorrow or something... But the bleed isn't too bad, there's a bit along the bottom near the middle and a bit of a darker spot up at the top a bit to the right. The middle of the screen is straight gangsta though

Battery life is great! I used it off and on all day at work today for 9 hours... 30 mins here, 30 mins there. At the end of the day the batt life calculator still said I had an hour and 2 minutes of remaining power.

3dMark06 benchmark completed. Results have been posted in the first post! Not too bad actually, it could have been much much worse.

Whats your graphics card oc'd too? I have a 15" macbookpro that gets alot less than you because they underclocked the gpu to 300/300 (it is also the 1.83ghz version). I know mine doesn't get even close to those numbers unless I oc it to around 400/480. Does the 17" also underclock the gpu?

Actually I have no idea what the card is clocked @... haven't even looked.

What kind of results are you getting from yours?
