    Presario M2000 PLL Help

I've got a Presario M2000, and whenever I try using clockgen, none of the PLL's work except two, and those dont do anything when I try to move the slider. It moves, but the clocks dont change. I have tried all the ICS clockgens. My chipset is Radeon Xpress 200m. Any help is appreciated.

I have an Asus n'book, and clockgen does work, but it doesn't seem to help too much in games.. 150MHz gave me 4 fps more in Quake 3

Maybe the best way to up the gaming performance would be a move from celly M to Dothan? Are there any comparable tests, if the gains are good enough, I would swap my CPU anyday .
