Gotta give credit where it is due after all Looking forward to it. BTW, that shipping of case is just horrendous... I presume it was local shop that did it? (which means you can hunt them down on defects :P)

how many cases to you tend to order per run? I was going to have a few laser cut for myself locally, but the price was insane on 5 units. i ended up just hand making my case so i didn't break the bank.

A cnc controlled plasma cutter will do just as good of job on the thickness of metal used here for cases. It will make perfectly smooth edges, cut the pattern and fold with a box and pan Brake.
    The Laws of Thermodynamics say:

Zeroth Law: "You must play the game."
    First Law: "You can't win."
Second Law: "You can't break even."
Third Law: "You can't quit the game."

Do you wanna Play Thermodynamics ???????? I forgot "you must"

how deep of a box brake would you need? some run as little as 700$ others upto 6000$ or more. plasma cuter... you could build a cnc run plasma cutter for 3-6K if you were very very industrious. (people make home build cnc) in this case it only needs to be a 2 axis machine.
