i don't have any of these parts yet, i was going to build one from scratch so if i did get all the parts i would have no way to flash it because the cpu would not work in the board

All it requires is the BIOS to be updated to support the new 65nm processors.
If you have a AM2 90nm processor, then boot using it and flash the BIOS to the most up-to-date BIOS.
If you do not have AM2 90nm processor, then call up DFI and they should send you a updated BIOS chip that you can replace.
You could also take it to a local computer shop and have them flash the BIOS for you.
im using the 2006/08/09 bios which is the latest, at the time of this problem this bios was out so is there a bios i can DL so i dont have to get mailed a chip

yes it does support this, thus far I have yet to find any AM2 boards that don't support Brisbane. Only a couple aren't instant drop in and they are uber value. (aka Bios update)
