400 dollars converter + 20% is a good estimate of how prices will be always works for me only ever seems to be £10 +/- then

(although price gouging) anyway as soon as gt300 comes out the price will drop quite a lot

That doesn't make much sense at all.

Makes sense, that means reviewers will have little time to do benchmarks. Although a week should be okay I guess. Interesting, hope the drivers are good.

thats quite -35% diff in some games between 5870 and 5850 and not a driver issue either.

Good question , I'm also interested if the HR-03 will fit on them or not .

    ● new type of vGPU inductor package
    ● 1 "digital" uncore (GDDR5 IMC?) phase with Volterra VT1157SF, option for a 2nd

    ● 2×6pin, option for 6pin+8pin - not that it matters, though

It's a strong PWM, overall. The PCB supports VT1195SFs aswell instead just the VT1157SFs installed, so there's an open upgrade path for even more stronger parts.
Those are so fake it's not even funny.

yeah well normall do currecny swap + 15% tax then between 3~7% on top of that just for import stuff and pretty much ends up about right as theres verrryy little margins in electronics

im going to guess it isn't 640 x 480 low details, rather closer to 1920 x 1200 highest details. In the two worst case scenarios (cod WAW 4xaa, and DMC4), it's still 80-90% faster than the 285.

apparently the damn things PCB is 1.5 centimeters longer than 4870 PCB:

But that's the point. The graph is useless without a resolution.

How can whoever made that be so stupid as to not post the resolution

We need real reviews and benchmarks, not a stupid chart from AMD or NVIDIA themselves, we all know those charts are worthless.

He apparently thinks the GTX285 scores the exact same FPS for every game regardless of AA or AF settings.

What more do you guys expect from marketing ?

Edit: My interpretation of the graph is that it is a relative performance graph, no? i.e. the GTX285 is considered as 100%, and the performance of the ATi card is clearly above it. And from the looks of it, one could conclude that the card is at least 80/90% faster than the GTX285 (dmc4/codWaW) as mentioned by jared.

no i did not. I just thought the ati scores were relative to the gtx scores.

Like if gtx was 100, ati was 190. But i did think that they started at zero.

    Wow, what a pathetic chart.
