Mad Props to Bitspower... Pics inside :D

I've been neglecting my office computer just because I don't care and I get I get too busy to deal with it. I finally made the time to REDO my computer a bit, same innards mostly, I did buy a new 4870 card and an EK FC block. Neakuh I get what you are saying about the standoffs, every block should have these. I managed to install the block fine but you have to be very mindful of how much you torque the screws down. Anyway, since I was going to redo the biatch, I finally went with BP compression fittings and I must say, I am MORE than impressed. At one time I was going to go with automotive clamps called PI-THON Clamps, they look awesome but are very cumbersome. http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...ad.php?t=96868

Funny thing i noticed, ny orange impellers in my DDC's are no longer orange, they are now black By today's standards my setup is mundane, but it still gets it done. Since I was one of Ben's first 10 customers EVER, I still feel like I'm the one who discovered MM (even though I'm not, but I was a good pimp ). Anyhow, here are some pics, I'm not all the way done yet but the system is plumbed - I ordered a .999 1oz silver coin to put in my RES since I'm no longer using the G5... I wonder if Gabe will still think I'm a Swiftech hater as I now have 2 of their blocks in my rig

Nice Scott...you got the flowers goin' in the background...very artistic.

No seriously, I just got a set of the G3/8 bitspower adapters but have not installed them (sold case). They look good on your set up. My favorite is still the Res!

I've always loved your case. It's probably the best MM case ever done. Is that Kawasaki green?

How did you mod the NB-SMAX to fit on your board?

You know Scott it IS all your fault that I have a UFO. "The Beast" looks fantastic, what size tubing and compression fittings are you using?

Because multiple loops are so over rated.

That's a great test and all but he kept his flow and radiators constant. That only shows that if more heat is added to the loop obviously the temperatures overall will go up. Now if he added another radiator in there to dissipate the extra heat everything would be just fine.

you see this is where its funny, because how much more radiator can you get.

Scott has a PA120.3 i have a PA120.3 while using good fans, it holds the board and cpu at about 4-5C over ambients on full load. :T

Just saying, he has the hardware to go 2 independant loops, i dont see why he didnt. The 120.1 would be more then enough to handle a single 4870.

I see your point. If you have the equipment, you might as well go separate loops. He probably only wanted to use his single super sexy res though.

IDK, I think Ben called it LIME green, he should remember if you ask him. Yes it is custom, AFAIK I am the only one with this color.

With some addons that came with the MCW30... not hard to make it fit with some ingenuity

I like the non horizon... call me old skool! I like single loop, im not cooling tri-sli or anything crazy, I like the redundency and I have a PA120.3 AND a PA160.1, more than enough rad for my CPU, the 4870 and the NB. Oh, did I mention that my air/water delta is less than 1C?
