    [Uni]9800gtx 900mhz 3Dmark on Air after vMod.

    same mod as 88gts/gt.
    500ohm vr,
as origin R=13.6ohm, so u'd better turn the VR slowly

    origin vGPU=1.21v idle, 1.28v load
moded vGPU=1.38v idle, 1.42v load (higher vGPU is not recommended for air cooling)
    cooling = Thermalright HR-03GT + Delta 9038 1.5A fan

    900/1269mhz, shader=2250(actually 2268), 3Dmark01/03/05/06 test:
    http://www.unihw.com/html/36/n-136.html

edge clk = 908/1323, but not that stable, add volt doens't make sense.
need water/DI/LN2 cooling for higher clk

how much high you think you'll get ? above 1.1ghz ?

17k @ 3dmark........ i do hope that i'll see benches where there will be some improvment with sli.

Vic these cards sound like monster overclockers man ....GTS's on steroids or something. Thanx for the preview buddy. My 3.0 gpu units will eat these cards up . I think maybe you have some serious driver issues though man.

it seems gpu-shader clocks like gts ,of course memory is much better . 1.1-1.2ghz on ln2 should be reasonable speed for this card.
    keep pushing it

it looks so sweet Victor, thanks for share
nice clocks too, but my GTS 512 could reach the same clocks except the memory ~1269mhz, so if this card will be much more expensive it wouldn't worth it to replace... my opinion...
but of course better drivers could make us always surprise so will see

As Vic have mentioned about gts 2gb performance vs 9800gtx, there is really a driver problem...

Bala, your right... But if we consider the gtx like handpicked gts... but there is still 0.8ns, better pcb and so on, as vic also mentioned...

don't know how to ask but the same is happening on vista ?

same results on 3dmark comparing 8800 on vista ?

might be that the driver improvment is larger on vista ?
