    I faced the same problem, beating a guy with a 16 core,8 cpu Opty 880..
    But I got him..barely.
    Now to beat my buddy Hassan..I feel bad for him. He's coming up here in a week to help me with a WC setup for the clovers.

    Here's a collection of all my runs. Note that the Opteron 164, 165 & 166 are all from an Opteron 165 clocked at 2.7, 2.8 & 2.9 gigs, and that was before I realised how I could keep more than one score with the same proc

    retail chip , can you tel fpo batch ?

    running 1:1 or with higher divider ?

    Can you give wPrime a try on that? 3.7GHz on 8 cores...simply amazing, what cooling?

    Would you mind trying wPrime? You could probably get the WR in that bench easily as well.

    Can I ask what memory and OS you used?
    Most of the DDR2-667 FBDimms get errors after 360's..
    And step code on your cpu's if you remember..

    Memory use Micron 512MB*4, Elpida, and Hynix all OK.
    OS use Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise x64 Edition.
    I use Tyan S2692ANR BIOS 1.02a.Supermicro limit FSB 360.
    I will test Supermicro this weekend.
