This module is using Samsung 4Gb density ICs -- K4B4G0846B - HCH9.
Team Xtreem LV 2133 uses this IC as well with Samsung original 6 layer PCB.

Another issue about A75MA-G55 I heard is Ver 1.3 BIOS can not be updated through M-Flash, or you may damage your board.

That's normal. All benchmark results will increase with clock synchronously. But you can easily see some difference with real-world time on time-related benchmarks like superPi.

4.4G on Llano, I say it's fake.
It's the BIOS that slower the system clock then you see the BCLK raises.
MSI called it "Lab burst Mode", it's available on rev.1.3 BIOS
