With a Corsair HX1000 there isn't enough length for it to be mounted at the floor unless the PSU is moved up. What you could do was to mount them to the case sides, in that way, they would draw air...

On the V2000, you can mount the PSU over the rad, but you'll have to remove all the stuff in the bottom area (which I'm doing), but then you'll have the rad as the lowest part of the case..
