yesterday, swap out was fairly seamless, no need to reregister/activate the Win7 64bit install, similiar chipsets...it did take several reboots, loading of shipped MB CD contents, then updated bios,...

I thought the same too until I got a 1090T, the newer bios's made for the 6core runnings ran like s*h*i*t with my 965 (had to revert to older bios's for smooth runnings) and it upset me to...
