An update--8 days since that post I have not filled it at all. I'm pretty sure it has bled all the air now, it just took forever! Running great now.

Alright well some news... my level drop from yesterday's fill up to today is not noticeable at all. The water level drops when I turn the pump on, but when it's off it goes right back up to the top....

Well, I turned it upside down and nothing happened that was noticeable so, I guess I'll just keep filling it up until it normalizes.

Nope it's just the graphics card giving the effect that there are. I'll tilt the system around a bit and see if anything happens. This just seems very bizarre.
