Well in the quote below he makes a promise, and this is BEFORE he has even passed it on to the BIOS engineers :
I don't care about "economical crisis". When I bought the board, as in paid for...
Saaya,
Thanks for showing up. I realise that you're here offering to help.
You could add :

Sailindawg is running a Q6600 on BlackOps : http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=205501
And I believe that he is also approachable. :p:
This topic is in "Official Manufacturer Information & Support >>> Foxconn - Quantum Force".
Where is Foxconn support staff ?
I've seen the effort Saaya has put in. I'm not blind. It's not happening...
Sorry to hear that there is no improvement for you with the OC.Yes agree. Mushkin's forums are also pretty good.
And good conclusion there, X48 is crap with anything >4GB.
English is not my first language either. And, pardon me, but she doesn't like doing it in bed ? :ROTF:

I would say forget the extra 5MHz FSB, it's not worth it.
You can check the memory bandwidth "difference" between 440 and 445 with Memtest86+ v2.11 when Windows isn't stable at 445MHz. It's not...
After reading your post, I also tried finding it. No luck.
But I did find these 2 Italian forum threads. There's mention of similar tables.
Foxconn X48 BlackOps : infos , settings , bios ......
Damn, someone noticed. Click the link in my signature, the one for OCZ DDR3. That's where my quest ended. For now that is.
Because I'm thinking of replacing the BlackOps.
But I need a board which...
Good going people.
And thanks for adding your motivations to your vote.
EDIT: Regarding OCZ, click on the memory in my signature for an example of OCZ support. I can't complain.
Otis was spot on :
Sitting in the morning sun
I'll be sitting when the evening comes
Watching the ships roll in
And I watch 'em roll away again
Sitting on the dock of the bay
Watching the...
I'm surprised that there is no poll for this subject.
This is supposed to be an official support forum.
Or actually I shouldn't be surprised, considering the lack of official support/replies here...
Don't fret, it was meant to be funny. I guess it's true what they say about black cats.:ROTF:
A seperate category with Photoshopped results would be funny though. I mean who's going to believe a...
Well, I'm already looking at other X48 boards.
I've had some bad warranty and support experiences with my previous motherboard manufacturer : Iwill. They were swallowed by Flextronics, which ended...
Why is it so difficult to receive a reply from Foxconn staff to any of the topics I started ?
I bought the BlackOps in August 2008. I hope the warranty hasn't expired already.
This is supposed to...
Everest Ultimate and HWMonitor both report it as : Fintek F71882F (ISA 290h).
Was this issue ever resolved with a BIOS update ?
My experiences say that it is not : Help needed to stabilise 8gb OCZ3P20004GK on Foxconn BlackOps
I used, without issues, BlackOps with the JMicron controller in RAID+IDE mode for a couple of months at 440FSB with 4GB of OCZ3P20004GK RAM.
CPU @3743Mhz and DDR3@1760Mhz.
EDIT1: CPU is C2Q Q9550....
Stop thinking then. Or rather : Start thinking then. ;)
I'm pretty sure that it was not with a Quad and 4GB or 8GB DDR3.
Currently : G30.
Don't know about dual core. I have only a quad.

Hi Akrian,
I dug up settings for 4GB from my OC Gear storage.
They are in the attachment. (All the way at the bottom of this reply.)
They should be stable because I bothered to save them to OC...
I noticed this with P05 and G30 (my BlackOps current BIOS).
There is something strange with the names of the last 3 hard disks.
These are the names when the HD-controller is in IDE mode :
(These...
I'm using G30 at the moment. Is there a more recent beta BIOS with GTL ref voltages instead of in/decrements ?
