I had this issue as well, Gigabytes P67 boards are terrible so far. Take the power cord out of the PSU, wait about 10 mins, and you should boot up again.

this board is very quirky, soon as the p67 B3 comes in, i will be purchasing a Asus P67 Sabertooth.
This board has been a weird one for me.....every once in a while i will get the non stop reboot, the computer turns on and off when trying to power on, even tho when it was on, it was 100% stable and...
Nice results, but i would run prime95 small fft's in windows 7 64 bit before i would call it stable.

P67 platform is still new, give it some time, im sure with more mature bios releases everything will be ironed out. Run everything at stock if you are having issues. IM at 4.7ghz now rock solid...

i have 6970 crossfire on p67 ud4 and i compared with my x58 16x 16, there is absolutely no difference.

Run small FFT's with Prime95, im sure thats not 100% stable, it will need more vcore for 5ghz.
1 - enable, 2 - disable, 3 - turbo should be fine for most ram, 4 - quick sets the same timings for both channels or memory, 5 - yes, use raid and set your own raid, if using a single hdd, use ahci.

Im not sure if there is anyway to actually flash the second bios, but if you have high speed memory the qpi might still need to be adjusted. Try anywhere from 1.1 to 1.2, see if this helps.
