On my board (only have CH6), to get odd CAS at higher speeds, GearDown needs to be disabled. When Enabled (or AUTO), odd CAS is rounded to next even value and you can't control CR.
I was able to get 3600C16 and 3600C14 stable even with much older bioses, but with bclk oc. With B-die ofcourse.
The new AGESA and beta bioses somewhat improve overclocking of 2x and 4x dual-rank...
Or you can just see the FSB : DRAM ratio on the screen. (FSB:DRAM - damn smiley...)
I run 1.1 VSOC at 3600, VDDP 1.2, don't use DOCP or XMP, but I guess it set the tRC based on XMP profile, even though I did not load it.

3600C16 test done. Booted 3600 15-15-15-35 1T 1.35V same settings, will run tests.
Maybe I'm just lucky.

Maybe my IMC, don't know, but CPU is currently on Megahalems just put on top with 1 unmounted fan. Have no other chip to test. Had 1700 for few days, but sold it.

I got FlareX 3200C14. No problemt at XMP settings even with lower voltage (1.325V), now testing 3600 16-16-16-36 1.35V, simulating a higher binned kit.

It's always best to measure closest to the core (CPU or GPU) and in this case it is on the back of the socket, where chew* is measuring.
Haven't tested. Had to change from MBR to GPT in order to install Win 10, so I have no Win 7 to compare at the moment.

Yes, you can't go lower than CAS18 with dual rank or 4x8 single rank at 3200 divider. If you want lower CAS, you have to clock bclk.

Only Cinebench for now. It is a little faster.
3600C12 is now super easy with the new beta bios for CH6. I guess the updated AGESA really helped here.
Basically set bclk to 135, set VDIMM, VCore and timings, it just boots with my sticks.
Try with turbo disabled (Core Performance Boost).
Prime (29.1 x64) works at above settings, also 100% memtest done. Seems pretty fine at these clocks.
Can't test at 3400 with 4x8, because it does not POST above 3300 and trying to clock in windows...
After memtest complete I will try higher than 3200, but 3200 14-14-14-34 1T 1.35V seems pretty fine. Straight boot at these settings.
AMD needs to open subtimings, then 3200 divider should be...

Yes, happens to me as well. At some cases doesn't boot at even CAS, but when set in bios at the lower odd value, it boots with the rounded up even value I've just tried before...
