I have identical problem with P8Z77 WS. With 0703 work fine. After update to 3302 no go over 35 with 3770K. I tried all night to set over 35 but nothing in the end i downgrade bios to 0703. Ez...

My problem is OCP in idle i set 1.5v on GPU and work fine in idle on load black screen. In load 1.4V 1.42max all over i get black sreen and 0V on GPU

I try disable OCP and i short resistor like on your picture and OCP is not disable :( :brick::brick:
