If i recall correctly, you can force boot into safe boot to use it in case of an emergency :P

Also, you can remove the video kexts from /System/Library/Extensions. Remember to back this thing up...

I dont trust intel with enthusiast sockets anymore...its been a few years since my last upgrade...but they did a number on us 1366 early adopters IMO.

I experimented with acoustic foam some years ago. It got rid of the high pitched noise of some of my components, including some fans.

Nowadays, my cosmos has some foam on the side panels...even...
