Same problems here. My mobo has been acting real strange lately.
Fails to boot into windows at the boot screen, restarting it causes a failure to post. Sometimes, after a shutdown it would fail...

This isn't only AMD's (or computer manufacturers) problem. I have an Intel system built by myself and, too, had a startup BSOD when I installed SP3 6 days ago. The only way for me to get into WinXP...
