Yep, you don't need to just beat the price, you can put as high as you're willing to pay and Ebay will automaticly increase the price for you untill you've beaten the other guy or reached you price...

The vertical resolution is really only half of what's listed because only every other line is drawn. It's also almost like only running at 30Hz, because it needs two passes to draw one frame.

Definatly do it, on some chips it can drop the load temp by something crazy like 15C because it's not applied well. I do it to all my chips that it's possible on.
