I reball ICs from black to green 8155. Voltage and cold are perfect.

What the hell you guys start to become crazy. PSC batch is new ocing funny thing now. I only am sure PCB KO-8155 green PCB is the best for psc and bbse because 8155 is double copper PCB.

My memory pot cannot go colder than -150. 90% of my sticks locked around -100. That's what I talk about finding no CBB/CB kits. My gtx3 has cold bug as well.

I am using customized heat spreader...

got some emails to ask for psc sorting. It's nothing special. Find no coldbug and cold boot psc, you are a winner.

depend on cpu heat, splave. I didnt pour LN2 to full pot when I start benching. full pot is only -180~-182. If you start from -160, pour LN2 to full pot. The temp will go to down a little bit...
