While the DDC pumps can get luke warm (hot if you run them at 100% power) They really are not cooled or heated by the coolant loop. And with thick plastic being a bit of a thermal insulator, not sure...
Yep seems this forum has pretty much died out. OCN seems to be fairly active, but pretty bugged and borked over there.
The only difference is the pump. X4 pump is a smaller pump rated for max flow rate of 10 liters per minute.
The D5 is a bit larger pump with a max flow rate of 20 liters per minute.

I'm using a 40" LCD HDTV as a monitor so 1920x1080 is the highest resolution it supports. Works for me though :) and with only $300 invested in vid cards I'm not complaining.
1. make sure the cards are tight and fully locked in the slots.
2. make sure the VGA coolers are snugly secured to the cards and temps stay reasonable.
3. update to the newest drivers that were...
