Most likely it's price mistake but it doesn't hurt to order it, worse case scenario your order will get cancelled and you can try to talk to a rep to honor the price for you. :D

Anyone know at 7680x1600 will HD6970CF setup will have more advantage over GTX 580 SLI 1.5GB due to a higher VRAM?

It's important to know that what resolution you'll be gaming at to make it easier for us to help pick the GPU and PSU, rather than that the list Bobsama listed above is pretty decent.
