I can run valley with no throttle on stock bios both cards at 1163 but 3dm11 brings it out. It's perfectly possible you have a good card that doesn't throttle but I would make sure with 3dm or...

What did you use to test? Not every benchmark/game brings out throttling.

There are some complaints but to me it seems well coded, lots of people are playing with high and above visuals on older hardware. Fun game so far, playing on hard.
