Could you tell us what were your Tout and Tin of the chilled liquid with a typical load on the PC?
I'm curious what is the typical temperature gain on the liquid on the PC loop.
Insert a pressure regulator(Danfoss KVP) between compressor suction and evaporator to keep your evaporating pressure above -60C. Its the most efficient and easy solution for you.

- 3x315W cartridge heaters
- 3xLight dimmers for load control

Thats a great find, most eevs are available for high capacities, way higher that what we need. But uses the same principle as a Danfoss AKV which are more widely available.
pt100 are one thing, thermocuples are another thing :D

With multievaporator systems i believe its a must. How else would you prevent floodback in idle/load situations and balance the superheat on each evaporator?
Most likely i'll be using R404a, i have plenty around. I'd also like to do some tests with r410a and see how that works.

Brazing done. I ran out of nitrogen :mad: so pressure testing should wait a bit. Still a lot of work ahead.

The condensor was initially designed for one 300mm round fan, so i had to cut it to use the 9 fans. I forgot its capacity, somewhere around 2kw i think.
