We are building SLI ln2-containers and are going to use them in this board.. We haven't got the board yet, but we urgently need the distance between the vga cards on this board, from the first cards...
Maybe I should give it a one more try to make it to 100% OC ;) 25Mhz is too little to live with.
Take the copper one. It is much harder to attach aluminium to the baseplate.
Run all possible benchmarks :D Do some mp3- and .rar packing and unpacking, run multiple tests at the same time, run all possible gametests of the games you play, do some Sandra testing and run all...
It only takes a bit longer to get the tube cold if it has thick wall's made of copper for example. After you get it cold, (and if it's well insulated!!), it doesn't affect the coldness of the...
25Mhz away from a 100% overclock :D However we did succeed 100% overclock but not yet capable to run Superpi8M benchmark at 5600Mhz.
BH2K: Too much overclock ;) ;)
CPULLOVERCLOCK:
I wonder how he managed to shave off 6 seconds with just 80Mhz improvement, maybe Server2003 Service Pack 1 beta that was just released?
Hopefully tests with the new Server2003...
Please do a SuperPi benchie with the 2x256 @ 315Mhz at the same CPU clockspeed and let us see how big is the difference?
If you do SuperPi8M it show's more precisely the difference.
I really...
LOL .. :D Had to read it twice to make sure I didnt misunderstand :D Elmer's glue.. that is the craziest thing I've heard for a while...
Perhaps, I don't know. Why wouldn't he use 4:5,it would give him 250Mhz for the RAM if the guy has ram that can do 260+ ?
I'm not accusing anyone on anything, all i'm looking for is some proof.
Hi Fugger,
Instead of closing threads that question your achievements, why wouldn't you post atleast a screenshot of that 20s patched SuperPi run? We have been waiting for nearly two months now,...
if you look at the list, the japs have already been beaten.
Those sinks are machined to be pretty flat. Im still working on the way to attach those, but it will not certainly be thermal epoxie because I don't want something like this to happen:

As promised.
Usually the liquid nitrogen boiling in the container next to ram keeps 'em quite cool :D
Just did a couple of aluminium ram-sinks (big ones) with my friend, I guess I could post some shots.
This planet has seen two overclocks equal to this, (Macci and Stilt from Finland and Memesama from Japan), both of them over 6Ghz ... and barely SuperPi1M benchable at 5.4Ghz :( :(
I was hoping...
Arbiter:
I really don't know AMD well, but is that 1T or 2T?
Looks real sweet :D
Change the multi to 9x and see how it goes then, the mem bandwidth isn't really 285 ;) Still nice looking though.
Quite impossible, it's running way too hot for that. Liquid nitrogen is the only reasonable cooling solution for the C0-stepping 2.8a (sl7d8) :p:
This was just a C0-stepping 2.8a (SL7D8) ;)

With my 2.8A I can sun SuperPi8M at 5.575Ghz, but I won't get a screenie at 5.7Ghz. Propapbly the bandwidth on the memory causes the instant shutdown after raising the clockspeed, even though the cpu...
Why aren't we seeing any benchmarks? Superpi8m please?
oh, and non-patched please ;)
That white box measures temperature :D It's dead-accurate!
