I'm playing with Nehalem/Core i7 recently, and noticed the MSR register

Now we can change multiplier and Vcore ID of Penryn family CPU
with hiyohiyo's CrystalCPUID on Windows:)

I'm playing with DFI 790FX and Phenom9500.
DFI 790FX has BIOS setting for NB multiplier(needed BIOS uptdate to R7LDB22):up:

I tried Vcore&Vnb mods, and got 2.6G@Vcore=1.38V, Vnb=1.35V.

No, I'm running my board with 1GB Reg. memory modules.
I tried 2x 2350 and 4x = 2x + 2x memory modules in this morinng.
My 1GB modules is 1 rank(bank) type, so it looks that bank-interleave is...

your score: 15m24s + 6m = 1284s with 2.8G x2 cores K8 Optreon
So, 1284/x * 2.8/2.0 /y = 924...
