You can use afterburner to raise vgpu to about 1.3v and asus tweak tool to the same and sapphire trixx also

Just a heads up Zolkorn do not put that cpu under cold with that liqued ultra it will die i did that and hwen it gets very cold the liqued ultra contracts and there is no contact on the IHS no more...

You could lap it but take the copper alone because the bow is in the jetplate that bows the copper when you screw it toghter

The 2666mhz kit is double sided and then it is not hynix. because the hynix chip mems is singel sided in 4 gig sticks

The first 1 or 2 batchs they made where with samsung and double sided but all the kits i have bought for the last 6 weeks is with hynix and singel sided but the 2666mhz kit is samsung and double sided

There is no lightning or DC II T that does 1300mhz + on air or water but nearly all the ref cards do that so no i have not been unlucky i have had stock cards that did 1375mhz on air and 1400mhz...

A stock ref. design HD7970 will kick a Lightning or a DC II 7970 in the but they are only made for ln2 oc and not air or water i have had 3 DC II T and the 2 of them could only 1250mhz bench stabel...

Flame red spray paint. spray in a little cup and a very pointy brush and then just let the paint fill the groves and then i let it dry overnight and then i lapped the top with 1200 gritt lapping...

And the vrm is not hot i hafe had 3 cards now and the never go above 70c even with 1.45v with...

Linx get the cpu alot hotter than prime95 but prime can detect some errors that linx cant but linx is much harder on the cpu
