Really good @chew*!!! Thanks a lot! So LLC5 does the trick for manual vcore definition. Did you play with offset on this board?
My system is working very stable with 2x8GB Trident Z CL14 Samsung...
Is there any easy measure point for vcore? I am using an Asus Prime X370-PRO
About the new AGESA, at least using AIDA64, memory latency went down (about 5ns) but as so the bandwidth (~500MB/s)......
Not bad if retail samples behave similarly...

Do you have any info about madvr performance on the integrated GPU? I currently have a Pentium G620/P8H61-I on my HTPC and the Intel HD video is not enough for madvr...
Hi And. You can find the datasheet here:

Yes... I guess its time for 1150.
Anyway, my UD3H is stable and all but its has been almost a year and we still don?t have a final BIOS that enables 4X Samsungs 35nm to run above 1866MHz...
Does anyone know if the Samsung green "overclock fix" will be ported to the Z77X-UD3H bios? Right now the board is using F17 bios and I see no improvements.
Tried 2 dimms and no boot above 2133MHz using Giga UD3H. At least they seem stable at 2133MHz CL9-10-10-28-1T vdimm 1.50V.
Great news Sin! I hope they spend some time tuning 4 dimms compatibility as well.
I have 4 sticks from 1150 batch. Still trying to find a way to run them at more than 1866MHz. They boot until 2000MHz but they are not stable. Using bios F11 and cpu @ stock. Is there a magic timing...
Hi all,
I am almost buying a Z77 Extreme4 and I already have 4x4GB Samsung 30nm 1600MHz sticks.
Is there someone using 4xSamsung sticks? What speed they are running? Is it possible to get 2200MHz...
This rate, 1600Mbps, is per pin. So we have a 64bit bus width wich is equal to 8bytes.
The number you are looking for is 1600Mpbs/pin X 64 = 102400Mbps or 12800MBps.
Using the DMM you should not be able to see the voltage spikes. To see the real voltage fluctuation an oscilloscope is necessary.
I have found this test don't know if it is true:

I hope not because the 4K random read/write are really low.

found another result,...

What they are trying to say is that if you take two HDs of the same model and only change the interface from SATA2 to SATA3 there will be almost 0% difference in performance because what matter most,...
The array is being identified correctly by SB850. I tried once to boot this same array from an Asrock A780GMH SB710 and it worked well.
If I make a image of the entire array, rebuild it and...
Hi all,
I am trying to move my Windows 7 install from a Asus M3A (770/SB600) to a M4A89GTD(890GX/SB850).
Before I move the raid array I updated the driver of the disk controller and now a...
Biostar TA890GXE should be good.
For SuperPI you can use msconfig.exe and set Diagnostic startup. That way windows will load only the basic services that it need to work.

I was looking Asrock's MB portfolio when I saw this:

It's a new design using an old chipset(does AMD still produce this 480x?) and it...
Mine did about ~3.4GHz at stock voltage, unlocked, in a Asrock A780GMH. But I didn't made any extensive stability test. I will try it in water later.
I saw a new BIOS 1206 for the M3A(AM2+, 770+SB600). The release description says that new CPUs are supported but in the CPU support page I don't find anything new. Does this BIOS support Thuban?
The EVO's VRM seems to be better than the VRM of the regular board. But I can't find the EVO for a good price right now. The M4A89GTD or the TD version are much more expensive but the EPS12 connector...
