flashing a 480 to a 580 is stupid.. try flashing the 580 with the 480 BIOS instead.. you will be much happier with results.

You are running a dual-core on your MIIF correct? Other than memory or NB ..you should not have any 'wall' at such low fsb. I do not know any E8xxx that has fsb wall below 600mhz or at all for that...

Andre had some special mods for the 480's ..unsure if this was partially the cause, but I have yet to see any others with "special" mod ..

Use GPU-Z to monitor vDDCI and OCP% when running a graphics stress test like furmark.. chances are with such a fast core speed, you are max on input capacitance...

pic 2 and 4 look funny on cpu-z..they look fake actually.
Memory remap function in some BIOS's or a GPU with shared caching for system RAM etc will show funky amounts of RAM like this... CPU-Z is reliable.
