Get a system or home network wide filtering proxy (Privoxy for example) and you won't see ads (in fact, anything unwanted) anywhere. Problem solved.

There is something wrong and it doesn't look like it's OpenCL. Fglrxinfo should show all supported and enabled devices, which it doesn't following what you posted. Meaning, your drivers are working...
