Keep in mind that more feeling of success are reported rather than misses. Thus the "standard" does not equal the real standard.
My 4670K needs 4.5GHz 1.2V for prime but i can't boot 5GHz on air....

Try vRIN +0.4 to your vCore, its more than enough. As seen in my previous post the scaling could be very bad. You will need a higher vCore. Try 1.4V+ ;-). A good prime / LinX chip is not...

Having Issues with PSC. You need to set subtimings manually. Then you should reach with PSC 2200+ CL7.

With Hynix stummerwinter reached 2500+ after loading first XMP profile, then set the other...
