only 1866c9 low voltage , 2000c8 1.65v and 2133c8 are hypers at kingston

they actually were on elpida website a couple of months ago (when they were produced, i suppose)
i already seen these on a couple of kingston 1333 value sets - they were nothing spectacular

they actually do have celerons for 1156 - called g1101
extremely hard to get (oem only cpu)

exact same chips, so should be exact same overclock (if you're speaking about hyper-based dominatorgt)

dro, cost is same as 2000c8 hyperx or 2200c7 pis
considering these are elpida hyper - they are better than the pis

i don't think that 2400 is possible on westmere, not talking about stability even

TheBlueChanell, best cheap kit for benching , by far, would be 2000 cl8 kingston hyperx with elpida mgh-e hypers

gskill pis are all powerchip, run high freq but with high latencies so in the end...

2133c9 pr kits were elpida hyper , retail were mostly elpida bbse, but gskill have recently started using powerchips on ripjaws/trident so you may get them too

as for corsair - 1600c6 , 1866c7 ,...

imc in the 980x are quite bad, some just won't do 1000 with reasonable voltages
my suggestion - run them somewhere 800-900mhz with 6-6-6

CL7 seems very bad if 1090 1M is all you get with 1.9V
I guess you just stumbled on a CL8-preferring kit there
