I just had this problem. I first pulled a stick of memory and got error code E0. Then I swapped out the memory and it booted with 1 stick of Crucial. Now it is just fine with two sticks of crucial.

I run 196x22 on my 875k. It was the max I got before I had to push unwanted voltage. I use 1.35 vcore and 1.22 vtt for 4.3 GHz.

Yes the latest bios does correctly enable the multiplier, plus intel's turbo mode where you can set a specific multiplier for each core.
Im currently working on stability, my current sweet spot is...
Here is a 875K
Thanks, but the 1.3 bios doesn't support the Intel K processors. I need a bios after April's.
What is happening is windows does not recognize a multiplier over 22x. I emailed MSI, but who knows...

Ambient temp during that run was about 60F. The case I use is strictly for performance so its very loud, :) I used 1.26 volts for that run, card idles around 26C. I run 950/1100 for gaming at 1.12...

Very nice overclock!! Can you post your template please? That FSB will enable me to test the limits on my Micron D9 chips. Thank you very much in advance:)
I would go with a E8400 and a Biostar TPower P45 motherboard. A good batch for that processor would be "Q829A". You can achieve 3.8+ on stock vcore. As for memory PC2-8500 will be sufficient.
Keep your GTX 295's until Fermi is released. Don't jump the gun just yet.
Afterburner does clock both cores. Use GPU-Z to verify each gpu is overclocked.
I just bought several D9 kits off of ebay.
