It does fit a large PSU. You will have to uncomfortably stretch the 24pin ATX connector to the motherboard.

I updated to F4R. I am running memtest right now for 12gb of ram at 1600mhz using a XMP profile. I seem to be having no problems like I did with the other bios.

Bclk 133*24 (25 with Intel Turbo). QPI mult 48, mem mult is 12.The xmp profile 1 sets QPI at 1.35 and vDram at 1.65 for 1600mhz.

Yes. I was attempting to run at 12gb at 8-8-8-24 1600mhz, 1333mhz. I got bios corruption, bios reset to F3. This was 6*2 Corsair Dominator 1600mhz kits.

I had similar specs to yours. I had a 965XE, GB UD5, 12gb of 1600mhz Corsair dominator. I ran memtest extensively and even at loose timings at 1333 mhz, there are lots of errors.

I can't get 12 gb stable with 133 Bclck. That's the issue.
