It would be even more impressive at stock voltage, though I doubt this is the case. Would definitely be interesting to see the oc potential and what they set voltages at.
They wont "Just" bin these cards as I would assume that 1000ghz @ stock voltages may be harder to come by and thus driving the end price up. This is exactly what sapphire wants to stay away from...
