Hi Raja, Truly appreciate the reply.
Running at:
45x100 1.3125v
2666Mhz
Have boot dram voltage @ 1.45 and eventual @ 1.35
Cache @ 38 & ~1.22v
VCCSA @ 1.0 (have tried up to 1.15)
Anyone experiencing cold boot problems? Stable at 4.5Ghz all day long but then after the system sits powered off for a long period and is booted up the bios reports the OC has failed.
Input/help...
Thank you very much for the help and information!!!
Awesome find, will have to try this out.
Hey Praz, thanks for the reply. I should have elaborated on my question.
Can I run at 45 x 100 while still keeping the Ram @ DDR2800? I've tried setting it this way but it goes into a boot loop.
...
Just confirming that in order to run DDR4 2800 you have to use base clock adjustment?
Something is disagreeing with base clock ~128Mhz. Can't figure it out.
Been playing around with my 5820K...and while not as awesome as you guys and your fancy 5960X's....lol
I think I've got a decent one. 4.5Ghz on Air @ 1.28v and 4.7Ghz at some voltage but BSODs on...
Just ordered a new setup myself. 5820k / X99 Deluxe / Vengeance LPX 2666C15 will be under a custom loop so I am hoping for good results.
Love the acrylic work, very creative. The wiring is going to look awesome.
Looks pretty awesome. Completely skeptical about the cooling but hey some builds just need to look cool...not be cool haha.
How did you make the pedestal? Build looks great!
Awesome components.
My chip seems to be garbage. Put it under custom loop watercooling (Ek Supremacy Block & 2x 60MM Thick 360MM Rads).
Cannot get 4.6Ghz stable. 4.5Ghz seems stable so far with 1.3V, uncore...
Beautiful work...simply stunning.
I live vicariously through your mod work.
Those are some amazing scores! I broke 6k & 12K in Firestrike with my 780 Ti...you slaughtered those.
Nice work, impressive dedication.
So sorry for your loss my best to you and your family.
Anyone have their hands on the Z87 - Deluxe or Deluxe/Dual yet? These seem to be the most feature rich and reasonably priced on the market (for us normal folk)...just looking for some end user...
Nice build, very creative hard drive system. Did the plexi give you much trouble during all your cutting? Looks difficult.
That case is so well built and thought out. Highest respect for your work on this project....just amazing.
Beautiful work, really....just awesome.
So it heads from the top of the rad to the flow meter down to the memory correct? Nice plumbing work.
You can now set it so it boots to your 'Desktop' instead of the new Windows Start.
I like Windows 8, the new start takes getting used to. And if you are an wall when it comes to change ....no one can help fix that. 8.1 has made Windows 8 much more smoother. Did I prefer the older...
What is the 4771?
Very, very, solid review man.
Which memory did you use in this board for the testing?
How was the clearance around the heat sinks?
Just curious primarily about the memory...I always encounter...
A google on X89 comes up with a whole lot of speculation on forums.
