I know it sounds weird but I always use ketchup for the blocks, odd but it works well. For the Radiator Id just say some near boiling water shaken well and rinsed several times.

I think you'd need to put the block between the cpu and heatsink, not heatsink then block, to have any chance of it working.
10 feet of regular home depot clear tubing, though next time ill be picking up some thinner black 1/2" ID stuff.
Look around for an Iwaki RD-20 or RD-30, they're pretty beastly pumps, you may still need the size adapters but it wont have any trouble pumping.
