I think that was more of a concept than a reality. The storm design cannot be improved much more, so the G7 would probably be cost-inefficient compared to the G4.

Yeah, they use delta fans in those PC P&C PSUs, and they're pretty damn loud.

You could fanswap, but that voids warranty and possibly won't cool the PSU effectively. Maybe consider buying a new...
