I'm in the same boat. My vid is 1.050v, and between 925-935 is where its stable. These gpus don't like going over 75-80c at these speeds it seems (atleast for me). Water I guess is the way to go.

I got my replacement gtx 580. I'm having an issue though, it seems when I'm pushing the card past 930-9xx+ I get a frame hit. Why would I have lower frames? I'm not artifacting at all either.

I just rma'd my 580. I miss it already :(

Awesome warhead results! Pure sickness, crazy what the potential of these cards are.

The card runs crysis at 960, but it was only 3 passes and artifacts and stuttering were defiantly apparent. I don't even think it would run the game legitimately for 5-10mins.
